The Young Scientist Competition (YSC) 2026

International innovation and scientific essay competition held as part of the Global Hydrogen Ecosystem Summit and Exhibition (GHES) 2026 under the theme “Techno–Socio–Economic Innovation toward a Hydrogen-Based Society.” organized by IFHE and supported by leading national institutions and energy sector partners.

This competition aims to encourage students, young scientists, researchers, and practitioners to contribute original ideas, research, and technological innovations that support the development of a sustainable hydrogen ecosystem. Participants are invited to submit original essays that integrate technological advancements with social and economic perspectives in advancing hydrogen-based solutions.

The competition is free of charge and applicants may register individually or as a team. The top 20 selected works will be invited to present their ideas before a distinguished panel of judges consisting of representatives from academia, industry, and key stakeholders, and their projects will also be showcased in the exhibition during GHES 2026.
